Narodení a vyrastaní vo Švajčiarsku, bratia Jens a Uwe Krugerovci, sú profesionálne na javiskách od roku 1973. Po dvadsaťročnom hraní na európskych pódiach, kde ukazovali rozličné štýly, Uwe na gitare a Jens na bendže, bratia prijali k seba basgitaristu Joela Landsberga a tak v podstate vzniklo akustické trio vystupujúce po svete známe ako Kruger Brothers.
